1. Eligibility

• Users must be at least 18 years old to register or use Mimbbo’s features.

2. Account Registration

• Users must provide accurate and complete information and keep this information updated.
• Account types: Beauty service providers, End customers, and Admins/staff.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account.

3. Platform Usage & Acceptable Use

• Permitted activities:
  • Discover providers near you
  • Post service requests on the marketplace
  • Book appointments with providers
  • Appointment management
  • Posting images, reviews, service requests
• Prohibited activities:
  • Posting or distributing adult content or harassment
  • Hate speech, spam, and illegal activities
  • Misuse of the platform for purposes other than intended
  • Violating applicable laws

4. Marketplace & Service Transactions

• Mimbbo is a marketplace facilitating direct transactions between providers and customers.
• Mimbbo does not guarantee the quality or delivery of independent services but enables scheduling, payments, and communications between parties.

5. Payments

• Supported payment providers: Stripe and credit cards.
• Users may store payment information for future transactions and appointment fees.
• Mimbbo is not responsible for third-party payment provider errors or holds.

6. User-Generated Content

• You may submit images/photos, comments, service reviews, and profile information.
• Content must not violate any law or these Terms (see Acceptable Use).
• Mimbbo reserves the right to remove content at its discretion.

7. Communications

• We may contact you via email, SMS, iMessage, or in-app messaging for confirmations, updates, or support.
• Standard messaging or carrier fees may apply.

8. Integrations: Spark Portal & Spark API

• Mimbbo allows connection to external appointment providers via Spark Portal and API integrations.
• These features may sync data between Mimbbo and third-party platforms. [See our Privacy Policy for details]
• API access is limited to internal staff only.

9. Data Handling & Privacy

• We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Data may include name, email, phone number, payment details, appointment history, profile photos, and service reviews.

10. AI and Automation Disclosures

• Customer and provider data may be analyzed by AI or automated systems to provide personalized recommendations, insights, and improvements.

11. Dispute Resolution

• In the event of a dispute, please contact us first at contact@mimbbo.com.
• If unresolved, disputes may be handled in accordance with Delaware, United States law.

12. Limitation of Liability

• Mimbbo, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the past twelve (12) months, if any.

13. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time. Notification of changes may be sent by email or posted on our platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
