Privacy Policy
Mimbbo, Inc. respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information when you visit our website or use the Mimbbo platform, applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
This policy is a notice about our practices. It does not treat consent as the legal basis for every type of processing simply because you use the Services.

1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:
- account and profile information, such as your name, email address, phone number, role, user ID, business ID, and business name;
- appointment, customer, communications, service, review, profile-photo, and integration data;
- billing and transaction information, with payment-card details generally processed by our payment providers;
- support, feedback, and other information you choose to provide; and
- service telemetry described below.
Mimbbo service telemetry
Mimbbo collects service telemetry about how the Services are used and perform. This may include activity data, device and network information such as IP address and general location, technical diagnostics, and account or business context for authenticated use. Mimbbo uses this information for service operations and product improvement, including security, reliability, troubleshooting, and improving the Services.
2. How and Why We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- provide, authenticate, maintain, and support the Services;
- manage appointments, payments, communications, accounts, and integrations;
- protect accounts, prevent fraud and abuse, investigate failures, and maintain reliability;
- understand how Mimbbo workflows perform and improve the Services;
- personalize features and provide insights or recommendations;
- communicate service, support, and permitted marketing information; and
- meet legal, accounting, and compliance obligations.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, the basis depends on the purpose and context. It may include performing our contract with you, complying with law, protecting vital interests, or our legitimate interests in operating, securing, preventing abuse of, troubleshooting, and improving the Services. We use consent when applicable law requires consent for a particular activity. We do not describe required service and security processing as consent merely because a person uses Mimbbo.
3. Integrations, Service Providers, and Disclosures
Mimbbo may sync or receive information from appointment, payment, communications, and other services you choose to connect. We disclose information to service providers that host, secure, deliver, analyze, or support the Services, subject to appropriate contractual restrictions.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, in connection with a corporate transaction, or at your direction. We do not sell telemetry for advertising or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. AI and Automated Processing
Mimbbo may use AI and automated systems to provide features, insights, recommendations, fraud and abuse detection, and service improvements. Where required, we provide additional information or a way to request human review of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
5. Data Retention
Retention depends on the type of information and why we need it. Account and business records may be retained while an account is active and afterward as needed for legal, contractual, security, backup, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Raw service telemetry is generally retained for 30 days. Aggregated daily statistics may be retained for up to 730 days. We may preserve limited records longer when required by law or reasonably needed for security, abuse investigation, fraud prevention, or legal claims.
6. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or information about disclosures, and to object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent for processing that is actually based on consent; withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal or processing based on another lawful basis.
Service telemetry used to operate, secure, maintain, and improve Mimbbo is part of providing the Services and is not based on optional consent. Where applicable, you may object to or ask about a specific use, and we will assess the request and any grounds for continued processing.
To make a request, email contact@mimbbo.com. We may need to verify your identity. You may also have the right to appeal our response or complain to a privacy regulator.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. International Processing
Mimbbo and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
9. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and account holders must meet the eligibility requirements in our Terms of Use. Contact us if you believe a child provided personal information inappropriately.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. We will post the updated version and provide additional notice when required by law. The date above identifies the current version.
